GB/T700 is an implementation standard for carbon structural steel. GB/T700 standard mainly includes the following grades of steel: Q195, Q215A/B, Q235A/B/C/D, Q255A/B, Q275. The strength and hardness of GB/T700 steel will vary according to different grades and uses.
The strength of GB/T700 steel is between 400MPa and 650MPa, and the hardness is between 85HBS and 187HBS.
Among them, Q195 and Q215A and B have low strength and hardness and are suitable for simple drawing and forming processing; Q235A, B, C and D have moderate strength and hardness and are suitable for general structural parts manufacturing; Q255A and B have higher strength and higher hardness, suitable for manufacturing structural parts that can withstand larger loads; Q275 has the highest strength and hardness, and is suitable for manufacturing structural parts that can withstand extremely high loads.
It should be noted that the strength and hardness of GB/T700 steel will be affected by manufacturing process, heat treatment, ambient temperature and other factors. Therefore, specific strength and hardness values need to be determined through specific tests.
